When we begin a practice of meditation, we begin a journey back towards our deeper nature; towards our true ‘being’ self, which is beneath all the difficulties and struggle.
In the practice of letting everything be as it is and being present with it, we can begin to see more clearly and within this clear seeing we can find rest.
