Meditation – Getting To Know Ourselves Courses

Online or in Bristol 7 Saturdays or Sundays over 7 months

This course is for people who would like to work deeply with meditation and the energy system towards increasing awareness, sensitivity and understanding of themselves. The meditations and practices enable us to slow down and connect to ourselves in a deeper and more meaningful way.

When we begin a practice of meditation we create an opportunity to discover more of ourselves.

It is about awareness and becoming more conscious, so that more and more we are able to tap into the peace and stillness at the core of our being and more and more we are able to rise to meet the challenges of our lives and find our way through. We can get to know ourselves better, free up our energy, become more in charge of ourselves and our minds, and discover our inner resources.

Meditation needs to be applicable. We need to be able to apply it to and in our lives. This is central to this course. It is meditation to help us to live.
