Come into the garden of our ‘online’ groups

I began running online groups in March 2020, in response to the lock down situation.

These meetings have grown and developed into a regular means for getting to know ourselves better and towards deepening our practice and the connection with ourselves, within community.

The sessions consists of both guided and silent meditations and includes teaching in line with the practice and in response to whatever may be arising. It is a weekly invitation to connect with oneself and others in meaningful ways and in the way of Satsang.

Very pleased to hear you will be continuing the meditation work online. I really enjoyed the session last week. It relaxed my body and helped to lift a persistent headache I had been dealing with. I also found it very grounding.

I am finding these meetings incredibly useful, they are one of the highlights of my week. Thank you
