I just wanted to write and let you know that I practised religiously and your techniques really helped. Especially your relaxation CD. Although I was still a little nervous during my exams, from approximately a week after I saw you I began to sleep so much better and everything became easier. I passed my exams and am now off to start work as a junior doctor. This is definitely thanks to you.
