Meditate – Know Yourself

In groups and one to one sessions Kay creates space within which we can be ourselves more, and meet ourselves where we are.

When we begin a practice of meditation, we begin a journey back towards our deeper nature; towards our true ‘being’ self, which is beneath all the difficulties and struggle.
